No blood test or waiting period. Couples must be living together
as husband and wife and be 18 or older. Applicants must provide
photo identification. The license is good for 90 days after
its issuance by the county clerk, and may only be used in the
county in which it was issued, and is also available at California
wedding chapels.

No blood test or waiting period. Applicants must be 18 or
older and provide photo identification. This license is available
at any county courthouse. In this county, you must provide
your final divorce papers if the divorce has been within 90
days of the date of issue. A Marriage License issued in El
Dorado County must be registered in El Dorado County, however,
the ceremony for a public marriage license may be performed
anywhere in the State of California.
